The a double room was well furnished and had a pretty nice bathroom. The staff was caring and experienced, helped with every request.
Although everything was really good, some of the staff were busy.

great stay but room size could improve
The lounge terrace attached to our suite offered amazing views of the pool and sea, perfect for sunset. Breakfasts were a highlight with an excellent variety, from oysters to good coffee, satisfying every palate. The staff maintained high cleanliness standards, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.
The actual bedrooms felt a bit cramped compared to the luxurious common areas.

Even though it claims to be an all inclusive hotel, you have to pay 5euros for the lounge chairs at the seaside concrete beach. Facilities and the quality of food are well below standard.

Liked the location and the reception staff were very helpful, and when we moved to a better room with a fan we had a very comfortable stay.
They play very loud music around the pool in the morning to the point where we had to leave at 11am and go and lie down by the sea because we couldn't stand it anymore. It was just far too loud, like we were in a club. The selection of food was good but mostly the "hot" food was only luke warm, it could have been kept hotter. And there was no cold milk for cereal at breakfast time, only runny yoghurt.

The pool area is nice and clean. The all inclusive drinks is good. The "Sunshine" Kids Club has activities for both kids and adults. No air conditioning, but no mosquitos when we were there, so it was nice to have the windows open. Good options for day trips.
The food is terrible, breakfast is by far the worst breakfast I have ever had - and the same every single day. We ended up going into Stari Grad and eating at restaurants. Internet, bikes, and pretty much everything they say they offer, is only found at the hotel next door; which is a 5 minute walk away. About 99% of the clientele is German, so most of the talking at the Kids Club is in German only. They never changed the sheets or the towels in a week, even when it was obvious they were dirty and on the floor. No information was given on how to get the water taxi from ferry, ended up walking for an hour to get to the hotel. Stay, but don't get the all inclusive - eat out!

The price was very good as I was able to stay there for €20, the price of a dorm in a hostel! The swimming pool was nice though very cold end of September. It is right on the beach which is lvoely and has different facilities.
The room even if it had a balcony was very dated and not very clean.

Lovely and excellent location in very relaxing area, just off the beach outside of the town, the center of Stari Grad and the city centre. A minibar, a work desk and satellite television available in the twin room...

We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor areas, particularly the sunbeds by the pool. My kids loved the V-Team's engaging sports activities. Special shoutout to staff member Luka for his friendly welcome and help with the bracelets for easy payments. Plus, the view from our terrace was amazing.
My kids wished for more shuttles into town.
